State Farm Insurance

Candice has been handling the insurance for my employer for years. I have always felt that she goes over and beyond the call of her job. Becuase of this, I switched from my insurance carrier over a year ago to Candice. She made the transition very easy and had me up and running in no time. Since then I have had some changes and even a claim. I was very impressed with how Candice and her staff made sure my needs were taken care of and were ALWAYS friendly. I am glad I made the move. more

What more can I say about Candice that isn't already said? She and her staff are very professional with one thing in mind: how to help you out! Candice helped a friend of mine when her own insurance agent (not State Farm) would not! I had a "hit and run" on my car a month ago and she really helped me out. Can I just say that in the past I have never had much interaction with my insurance agent?  It's like they take my money and disappear, until I threaten to go elsewhere.  Well, last year, that's finally what I did, after meeting Candice through a Palo Alto chamber of commerce event.  Anyway, I started with car insurance, then added additional insurance for a rental property I own.  Apparently my previous insurer had not provided me the correct coverage (they had me buy renter's insurance, as if I was the occupant, not the landlord.  Would have been really bad if my tenants had decided to burn down the place).  But on top of that, Candice and the other agents in her office have continually been responsive, helpful, and attentive to my requests.   She runs an honest business and is extremely insightful when it comes to the different insurance options available.  I would highly recommend her! more

The entire staff REALLY know what they are doing and have always made me feel #1... and after 30 years with State Farm, I truly appreciate that!! No matter what small, or maybe silly, question I ask they are right there to help me. An attentive staff, great location, and prime #1 service.... this office has it all! Just like the slogan says, "Like a great neighbor, State Farm is there"!! That couldn't prove more true about Candice and her staff! more
