Can I just say that in the past I have never had much interaction with my insurance agent? It's like they take my money and disappear, until I threaten to go elsewhere. Well, last year, that's finally what I did, after meeting Candice through a Palo Alto chamber of commerce event. Anyway, I started with car insurance, then added additional insurance for a rental property I own. Apparently my previous insurer had not provided me the correct coverage (they had me buy renter's insurance, as if I was the occupant, not the landlord. Would have been really bad if my tenants had decided to burn down the place). But on top of that, Candice and the other agents in her office have continually been responsive, helpful, and attentive to my requests. She runs an honest business and is extremely insightful when it comes to the different insurance options available. I would highly recommend her!
