Reliable & caring insurance agent 4/22/2010

We've been with Craig for a long time. Over the years, we experienced many ups and downs in insurance matters. We left State Farm to go to the "competitor" but we still ended up coming back. The other guy didn't care and Craig does. We feel he is with us and tries hard. He goes out of his way to help us and ensure we are well protected. He doesn't always win all our battles but he tries. Thank you, Craig, keep up with the good work! more

We Love Craig Ichiuji 4/12/2010

We love Craig! We switched from another major carrier 2 years ago through a friend’s recommendation. The other carrier failed to assist us when we had a claim during an accident that our 16 year old was involved in. After we went on board with Craig, we had a crack in our BMW windshield last year. The glass shop did not repair it properly. I was very upset. On top of that, I travel a lot for my job and cannot be reached most of the time. Craig Ichiuji and his team put in a lot of work and time to coordinate the schedule for repair. Craig had made it so easy for me. Thank you! more
