We've been with Craig for a long time. Over the years, we experienced many ups and downs in insurance matters. We left State Farm to go to the "competitor" but we still ended up coming back. The other guy didn't care and Craig does. We feel he is with us and tries hard. He goes out of his way to help us and ensure we are well protected. He doesn't always win all our battles but he tries.
