Star Sushi

I was going to be in beaverton for lunch and did a city search for sushi resturants in the area. Star sushi came up and I thought I would give it a try. It was probally the worst sushi place I have been so far. There were so many sushi dishes on the bar that some of them were stacked two high. This should have been the first clue that it was not going to be fresh since there was only two other people in the place. My friend and I decied to brave it anyway and came out majorly dissapointed! The sushi tasted old and stale (probally because it had been sitting there for a long time). The staff were all sitting at the end of the bar talking because there was so much sushi on the bar there was nothing else for them to do. I will never recomend this place to anyone nor will I ever eat there again. Cons: Not fresh or well prepared! more

We love their spider roll but be expected to wait for 15 minutes, so order in multiples. The only drawback is that they do not have spicy mayo sauce like Sushitown. Pros: spider roll Cons: no spicy mayo, waittime 4 spiderroll more

You can't find a better sushi restaurant than this one. Conveyor-belt style, but the best rolls are the ones you order from the chefs. The Ninja roll is out of this world. So much more variety than other places, including some special sushi that isn't even on the menu. Request the Sunshine roll if you don't see it going around, it is very unusual and good. Pricing is somewhere between Marinepolis and I Love Sushi; and Star Sushi is the best out of all of them! Pros: fresh sushi, good prices, friendly staff more
