Pretty much what you would expect from strip mall style belt sushi. Tried tempura off the belt..cold....chef made more tempura shrimp which was actually quite good. The only gem in my visit. Everything else seemed not as fresh as it could be and seemed warm like it had been sitting out for awhile. I have worked in seafood areas before and typical prep requires defrosting cryopack seafood under cold running water. At this place saw at least 5 packs of eel defrosting on the counter just on the other side of the belt. Just what everyone needed to see. Kind of a turn off... For what it was I won't be returning. I have had better belt sushi experiences in the past.
