I am very very happy with the service of all of the staff that I have come in contact with especially Jim!
We are in the middle of organizing a major fundraiser for Medford and he has been super! We have a number of board members and several of us have had to e-mailed stuff to the store ( Jim) and he it is ready when I come to pick it up ( and pay). The ease of working with this Staples as been great! Jim has re-sized materials for us and been very patient with all of my many questions. When I told him about a poster that I wanted to make he let me know that I could have something very similar at at huge discount by being a bit flexible on my exact dimensions, as well as the 30% off promotion which I didn't even know about till he told me.
We were going to only use them for one small project and it has turned into quite a bit more.
