You can clean your own tile better than these ""professionals"". Guarantee, Smarantee!!\r

Can I give a rating with no stars? I am extremely disappointed with the work done. I figured the technician would try his little ambush sales technique at my house, and I was right. The quote over the phone is going to be different when they get there. They should put that ""guarantee"" on the website. Unfortunately, he spent more time haggling me on the price than assessing the issue I had with the tile. When he realized I wasn't budging on the $109 I was quoted, he settled. I guess I must have paid for the inferior service plan, because he was all promise and no delivery. My tiles and grout looked the same way they did when he got there. After putting down ""acid"" and splashing water, he tells me that my tiles are damaged and he can't get them cleaner. After he left, a dried shower revealed all the soap scum that was there before his visit. I got on my hands and knees, cleaned several tiles, and realized I'd been had. I call the service line and they could only send someone out midday during the work week (imagine that). This guy came to look only, so then I have to set yet another time for them to come back to reclean. 3rd visit gets the white soap marks and nothing else. \r

When I asked for my money back, per their guarantee, Thiago said, ""we don't guarantee anything"". I then showed him my receipt that shows that they guarantee to evenly clean my tile. ""The word CAN is misspelled. It should be CAN'T guarantee"". I was sure there was some hidden camera somewhere around. Point blank, these are NOT tile and grout experts. They are hustlers. Now I have a shower that looks the same and I am $109 poorer for it.
