Juan Lobos was very professional and experienced. My tile floor was a mess as it was coated by wax and all the dirt was trapped underneath. Juan explained to me very clearly what should be done and did a test area to show the result. He used the right technique and removed almost all the wax. He was very detailed. He went over some places many times in order to remove all the wax. He did a great job and I am very pleased.
