WHAT YOUR CREW AT ALL TIMES!!! Check under sofas, etc.!!! Needed to get wall-to-wall carpet in small hallway and two 10 x 12 area rug cleaned. So I paid the fee for 3 ""rooms."" One rug was wide open with nothing on it. A small glass coffee table and a u-shaped sectional with front legs anchored the other area rug. The crew asked if the sectionals are attached. I said no and can easily be moved. I offered to move them out of the way. Crew said they would do it. Also mentioned that a plastic film would be placed under all feet of couch and table as to not stain the wet rug. To keep my 1yr. old out of the way I entertained him in other room. Crew was done very quickly. I asked why my area rug that was wide open still looked dark and blotchy. Said that it was still wet and will take about 4-6 hours. After they left, I noticed that there were plastic under coffee table but not under the brown wooden feet of the sectional that was sitting on the wet rug. GUESS WHAT??? Crew did not even VACCUUM under the sectional!!! The 1 foot wide of area rug under there was completely dry with cheerios fallen between sectional still there. Family still ask me when I was going to get the rugs cleaned. The open area rug looks even dirtier than before. Wish I could show you picture. So very dissapointed!!!! Never again. On a good note....They were on time! more

The team were on time and got the job done quickly and efficiently. They got out some set in carpet stains that I thought would never come out. I will use them again in the future. more

Dale and Andre were excellent in explaining the detail of what they were about to do to my carpet on the staircase. It is used heavily by tenants and I had another company come in Spring but I thought it just wasn't as clean as it should be. So I called Stanley steamer! I sell real estate for a living, so I now will give the name out whenever needed! Thanks again for making my day! more

I had a pleaseant time wit DeJuan.B and Paul.R they came out the same day right before the storm and did a very good job.I can now go back to the sunny flordia and rent my home out after the servive of these two men.They cleaned 9 areas of my house in what seemed to be a record time i rented amachine and took me all day,for one room.Word of advice for any1 reading this call 1-800-Steemer and ask for Dejaun and paul.. more

If i had to sum it all up in one word it be Awesome my visit today with Stanley Steemer .The two men that came into my home were great DeJuan and Brooklyn cool name might i say cause im from there.These two men did a job well done on my carpet i had other company come before like kim dry and sears but far as workmen ship Dejuan was the best you have a great employe Stanley thanks.. more
