Dale and Andre were excellent in explaining the detail of what they were about to do to my carpet on the staircase. It is used heavily by tenants and I had another company come in Spring but I thought it just wasn't as clean as it should be. So I called Stanley steamer! I sell real estate for a living, so I now will give the name out whenever needed! Thanks again for making my day!
