Stamp-Connection

It appears that their customer service is really poor. We have ordered numerous stamps from them and had hoped to have a good relationship, but it appears that their refusal to fix the order processing problems on their end is forcing us to look elsewhere for our needs. This is really a shame as we had the same login problems and they fixed them and now they claim that it is something we are doing wrong. I hope that they do not treat all of their customers this was as it will ultimately mean the end of their business. more

I have been using Stamp Connection for almost 10 years and they have always been extremely helpful, courteous, friendly and affordable. They have come through for me when I had special requests and rush jobs. I would highly recommend them. Judging from some of the other reviews the old saying is true: ""You can't please everyone, every time."" Any time I have had a problem, they were more than happy to fix it and make it right. more

First of all, let me quote their pamphlet: ""For 3 years in a row we have grown more than any other competitor in the industry. We attribute this to our commitment to quality and customer service"". Now, let me address quality: I ordered a personal library Ideal M desk embosser from their website. I received it promptly, so no complaint as to their delivery speed. The quality however, is lacking. The embosser could not be used easily - I had to stand next to my kitchen counter and push down on it with all my might in order to emboss several things I tried - such as their one page poster, a thin page in a novel, another thin page in another book, etc. When I finally got it, the left side of the embosser embossed a bit (but not as much as another Ideal M I tried at the Papyrus store) while the right side did not emboss at all - all you could see was a whisp of an impression of the stamp. Additionally, the matching blue feet and blue body of the embosser according to their website's deceitful picture were nonexistent. What I got was a cheaply manufactured version of a working, pretty embosser. Next: customer service. After trying it out of the box and seeing the lack of quality, I asked to return it. The person I spoke to said yes, after a few questions designed to discredit what my eyes saw: that it was a poorly constructed product. I was then snootily told by their ""supervisor"" and ""manager"" and ""owner"" that I would have to pay for my own shipping back even though their product did not hold up its end of the bargain. I asked to speak to someone above him, and he told me that I can return it or I can keep it. Great. Great customer service, and ""quality"". I will return this, and am so disgusted by this company that I am taking time out to warn other people against them. I guess since I'm a customer and not a company making them lots of profit, I am inconsequential and it is unnecessary to uphold their own motto. Nicely done, Stamp Connection. If you are looking for an embosser for your 6 year olds birthday cards, you have found your place. If you want anything more professional, I suggest you look elsewhere. While stamp connection has a large selection of embossers, including the rarer rectangle and long-reach embossers, I highly suggest you look elsewhere. First, our company received our embosser with the company logo yesterday, and it did not match the original simple art we sent them. The letters were very squished together, and it clearly did not match the original piece. \r When I called stamp connection about this issue, they were huffy on the phone, and tried to make me feel guilty about wanting to exchange the embossing plate which they had messed up on, and tried to convince me that the embossing plate was the exact replica of the logo, even though all my co-workers and I could easily see the differences. Furthermore, they wouldn?t pay for the shipping to send it back (10 dollars), and tried to ?shame? me when I asked if they would pay for the shipping, telling me that it was ?just a couple of dollars?, and if I can?t afford that then I shouldn?t had ordered a 200 dollar embosser. This is not the way to treat your customer! To be fair, Stamp Connection is redoing the embosser, so they do deserve credit for that. But this does not make up for the fact that their custom embossers are not exact copies of your logo as they promise, and their customer service is patronizing and unprofessional.
