Review content:
It appears that their customer service is really poor. We have ordered numerous stamps from them and had hoped to have a good relationship, but it appears that their refusal to fix the order processing problems on their end is forcing us to look elsewhere for our needs. This is really a shame as we had the same login problems and they fixed them and now they claim that it is something we are doing wrong. I hope that they do not treat all of their customers this was as it will ultimately mean the end of their business.
