Took a waverunner in because once started and turned off, it wouldnt start again unless you unplugged a fuse and plugged it back in . Also asked them to winterize the ski. It took two days for them to charge the battery. At first they said it wouldnt hold a charge, then a day later, it does hold a charge. They (Race) then suggested that I needed a new meter because they couldnt get it started. What ??? They also said they couldnt reset the meter. I finally went over there and picked it up because they dont know what the heck they are doing. Brought it back home and it fired right up, found a guy off craigs list who reset the meter and got it working immediately. If you want to waste your money, take something to them for service. Cons: everything, lack of service, call backs, incompetence more

Labor rate is twice the competition and far less than par in performance. Had a flat ""repaired"" there but they only had small plug-n-patches; didn't offer to get the size of p-n-p needed to fix the leak. Instead, they gave me the tire back (with the same leak) and charged me for a patch-n-plug ($8.00) and a half hour labor ($40). The mgr did call a local place and provided me with a cost of $200 for the tire + $12 for install at Bates (35E N of 635) for a new rear tire when I got there the tire was $20 more than stated. Pros: Easy access to 183 Cons: Stealer model in full force. Twice the price, half the performance. more

I can't comment on the store, as I've never been there, but I ordered some Yamaha apparel from the Stadium Yamaha website. I couldn't ask for better service. Product was in stock and shipped quickly. And I received plenty of order info. I would definitely buy from their website again. Pros: Lots of fun Valentino Rossi swag a bit below MSRP. more
