Labor rate is twice the competition and far less than par in performance. Had a flat ""repaired"" there but they only had small plug-n-patches; didn't offer to get the size of p-n-p needed to fix the leak. Instead, they gave me the tire back (with the same leak) and charged me for a patch-n-plug ($8.00) and a half hour labor ($40). The mgr did call a local place and provided me with a cost of $200 for the tire + $12 for install at Bates (35E N of 635) for a new rear tire when I got there the tire was $20 more than stated.
Pros: Easy access to 183
Cons: Stealer model in full force. Twice the price, half the performance.
