The staff are professional and courteous. Dr. Martin is amazing and knowledgeable. She gave all options and kept her main focus on getting my beagle pain free!

your staff was wonderful 5/18/2011

We wanted to update you on Cooper. He saw Dr. Blessing here today for a second follow up, and his glucose level was 188. we weighs 25 lbs which is where we will try & keep him. He is so frisky and full of life we can hardly contain him. Today he's been playing in the snow. We want to thank you for what you did for him. You are miracle workers in our book. The care he received, and your patience and understanding with us were outstanding. Everyone on your staff was wonderful. There are not words to adequately express our gratitude for saving our little buddy. more

My dog began to have what appeared to be a seizure. Upon arrival at your facility we were greeted by a very professional, courteous and well trained staff. Their performance was at least equal to (if not better than) any human hospital. They are to be commended for their work ethic and compassion. I am especially grateful to Dr. Hartman. She thoroughly questioned me until we figured out that he had probably ingested some of my medication by accident. He is back to his old goofy self and will live a lot more years. more

St Francis is and always will be my Vet of choice. Dr Stanhope was amazing when my 6 week old chihuahua broke her right foot and back hind leg - most vets probably wouldn't have been able to do the surgery he saved her life and she walks and runs perfectly. more

Wonderful Vet Care 4/3/2011

Dr. Martin and the entire staff were helpful, happy and thorough when I brought my cat in for emergency treatment on a Sunday. No wait Amd great care. Having just moved to the area, I've decided to establish with St. Francis. I realize not everyone's experience can be the same; however, I'd encourage anyone with a pet emergency to go to St. Francis and to realize - just as in emergency people care - docs do the best they can with creatures under duress, which can make for tension filled visits. So, being as calm as is comfortable and as patient as is possible will help your pet receive wonderful care from a super staff. Thanks, St. Francis!!! more

Thank you so much for taking the time to talk with me on the phone concerning our dogs birthing complications. You brought tremendous peoace of mind in a stressful situation. In our remote location in Alaska, traveling to the vet is a time consuming (5 hours one way ) and costly endeavor. Your thoughtfulness is appreciated. more
