Sprint Store

I think the reviewer above is being a little overly dramatic. I called the Sprint Store in Jackson yesterday (iPhone opening day) and they still answered the phone promptly and took care of all my questions. I'm sure if they have time for me on Sprint's busiest sale day in history, than they probably have time to talk about his LG rumor. more

I've tried to call the sprint store in Jackson Michigan multiple times and the phone is NEVER answered. In my opinion that's not a very good way to run a business. But since I can't get help from them maybe I could get help from some of the readers. \r \r I have an Lg Rumor 2. I've had it since February of 2010. After about 2 months, I would plug my phone into the charger so it would charge and the light would come on to assure it was charging. I would wait and wait until the battery was full but it never charged. The same problem happened to my sister's phone/charger. And apparently, this is a common problem with LG Rumors. I would like to know what's wrong with it and can i get some kind of replacement phone or charger. This is absurd. So, if you can answer my question or better yet help me. I have had questions and whatnot the past few weeks about my new phone, my service, chargers and things. I have walked in and have had such and awesome experience! Jackie was the greatest! He remembered me and made it a point to remember about what phone I had, previous questions, and resolved any concerns so quickly! I would suggest to anyone to go there for service. more

I have attempted to call at all hours of the day and have been unable to make contact with anyone in the store. I don't have time to drive there to find out the answer to my question pertaining to a purchase I mad there on an infrequent day off. I doubt I will ever visit or make another purchase there due to the long wait in line and/or on the phone. THIS STORE OFFERS SERVICE TO THEIR CUSTOMERS AND GIVES SERVICE WITH A SMILE. BECKIE HELP ME WHEN I LOST MY PHONE AND REPLACED WITH NO PROBLEMS OR HASSLES. WHEN MY REPLACEMENT PHONE WASN'T WORKING WELL I TOOK IT IN AND THEY COULDN'T FIX IT. SO THEN SHE HANDED ME A NEW PHONE AGAIN AND SAID IF YOU HAVE ANY MORE PROBLEMS PLEASE JUST LET US KNOW. THE SERVICE WAS WONDERFUL, NOT HAVING TO FIGHT TO GET MY INSURANCE PLAN TO COVER ANYTHING. BECKIE WAS THERE TO HELP AND ANSWER ALL MY QUESTIONS.
