I've tried to call the sprint store in Jackson Michigan multiple times and the phone is NEVER answered. In my opinion that's not a very good way to run a business. But since I can't get help from them maybe I could get help from some of the readers. \r

I have an Lg Rumor 2. I've had it since February of 2010. After about 2 months, I would plug my phone into the charger so it would charge and the light would come on to assure it was charging. I would wait and wait until the battery was full but it never charged. The same problem happened to my sister's phone/charger. And apparently, this is a common problem with LG Rumors. I would like to know what's wrong with it and can i get some kind of replacement phone or charger. This is absurd. So, if you can answer my question or better yet help me.
