Worst

They are deceiving, they tell you one price and when you get there the price goes up for added stuff that you don’t need. They don’t negotiate the price when they say they will.

off to college 6/27/2010

My son is off to college this fall and needs a dependable car while he's gone. We decided to stop by Spreen Honda just to look around. We were greeted on the lot by Thomas. What a help he was. He showed us some cars and gave us some room to discuss what we had been shown. My son liked the Civic and to my surprise, we bought it. I thought it might take awhile to decide on a car we both could agree upon, but with Thomas' help, it was a breeze. My son loves his car and my wife is relieved that she has one less thing to worry about when he leaves. It's always hard on the parents when a child leaves for college and I just want to Thank Thomas for making it a bit easier . Pros: salesman knew his product Cons: none that I can think of more

I was in the market to purchase my 1st car. I walked onto Spreen Honda's lot and was greeted by Thomas. He showed me a few cars and I decided to buy a ""certified"" used Honda. Easy to work with NO HASSLE. 6/23/2010

I wanted a Honda Element and Albert Hidalgo Got me one. I had a budget, Wanted a black one , and wanted an ex. Within 2 hours of walking into the show room .... Albert got me the payment I wanted and by the time I walked out of finance with Todd my NEW Element was there waiting for me, Detailed and gassed. My experience with Albert,Todd and Spreen Honda in general could not have been better. Pros: Albert , Todd Cons: There were NONE. more

2011 Honda Pilot 6/8/2010

We drove 215 miles round trip to purchase our car from Spreen. Andrew was our salesman and the purchase was made over the internet. Our local dealers kept saying we would be ripped off and that Spreen would add extras and raise the price. Although I felt comfortable doing business with him, as a precaution I had them email me a quote with a VIN. From the time we arrived in their lot to the time we left it took us ONE HOUR and we received exactly what was promised. Pros: Excellent price, super fast, great service Cons: 100 miles away from where we live. more

Great Prices!!! 5/30/2010

This is the 2nd car that I have purchased from Spreen Honda. The internet salesperson Jarod Stadelman took care of the transaction. I have found this dealership to have very competitive pricing. I have been to dealers who have hidden fees, or dealer add ons not included in the price quote. Take it from my 2nd experience with Spreen! Truly a dealership that portrays fair dealing. Would recommend to a friend 5/30/2010

I stopped by a Honda dealership in another city and the salesman were pushy and wouldn't listen to what I wanted. They tried to put me in a car that I didn't like the color and had less options than I wanted. A friend suggested I go to Spreen Honda and see Thomas Humphreys. He said he had recently purchased a car from him and got just what he wanted. I figured I had nothing to lose so after some online research, I stopped by and spoke with Thomas. He was friendly and polite unlike the other salespeople I had dealt with. I'm glad I listened to my friend. I had a great experience at Spreen Honda. Thanks to all of you. Internet shoping 5/22/2010

I got a good price quote for civic from Spreen Honda/Jarod through internet. I lived in NJ and never in LA before. I almost gave up because this car is for my daughter and Loma Linda is 65 miles away LA. The people in Spreen Honda are very friendly. Of cause they want have more business, but after you answer them you don't need it . they will stop . their process is much easy compare to New Jersey. Jarod and Bu, Thanks. Get an Internet Quote from Spreen they saved me $1500 5/6/2010

We're very happy with our new Honda Civic. We drove from Orange at rush hour with some skepticism because the price was too good to be true. However this was the easiest and best car buying experience we have ever had. There were no tricks, extras or high pressure sales tactics; everything Dennis Anderson (the internet manager) promised, he delivered. The price quoted was the price we paid. Pros: Everything Cons: It's a bit of a drive to Loma Linda, but worth it! more

I was planning to buy Honda Accord EX-L and was looking for good deal. I started with internet search and contacted few dealers. I requested a price quote from Spreen Honda over internet. I got reply in some time from Dennis Anderson with low price quote. I am from San Diego and Spreen Honda is in Redlands which is 100 miles away. So I first contacted Dennis over phone and talked to him about the car I am looking for and he gave me all the required information up to very great details. He even replied to my phone call while he was driving home. Pros: Excellent service, great price more
