When we needed a mattress, Spencer's Ventura Mattress was one of the only places open and answering their phones. We were kind of desperate. It was very easy to get there and choose. They were very friendly. When they did deliver it, they made a small mistake that I won't go into because mistakes happen sometimes. It wasn't a problem at all because they handled it so nicely. They were very accommodating. We've gone back two times since then. They were great. more

Spencer's Ventura Mattress was very accommodating. Buying a mattress is challenging. There's so many varieties and levels of firmness. I found Spencer's very informative, patient, and tolerant. I wasn't sure what I wanted. I got something that was custom and when I got it back home it really wasn't what I wanted. He was accommodating with helping me switch it out. My husband and I have different needs so we're still trying to find something. Spencer's are high value and spectacular customer service. more

I went to Spencer's Ventura Mattress already knowing exactly what I wanted. They brought me to a great bed at a great price, and I was out of the door in about 5 minutes! They also delivered it to me that afternoon. more

Spencer's Ventura Mattress was receptive and willing to work with my elderly mother and I. Marsha went out of her way to make sure she got the right mattress, and Spencer let us try out different options before giving us a discount when we finally made a purchase. more

We think Spencer's is the best. We have purchased multiple beds and pillows from them, they have great products there. We got one bed he designed and we are very comfortable and very happy with it. We like the natural fibers and materials they use. more

Spencer's Ventura Mattress gives individualized service. Excellent review of products by friendly staff and the delivery was extraordinary. This was the first place we went to shop and we went nowhere else. They gave me the information as I tried the beds. When they came to do the delivery they moved the old daybed out of the room where the new twin beds went and moved our clumsy couch, which was nice of them. One of the owners and his son did the delivery, which made me feel like I was getting class A service. more

Good Experience 2/5/2013

The people at Spencer's Ventura Mattress were very informative and very helpful in telling me the differences in mattresses and what people like best about each. We began looking at a Tempur-Pedic mattress and a foam mattress. We went with the foam one, which my wife really likes, but is a little too soft for me. Other than that, the experience was good. They treat their customers well. more

I came in for a couple of bunkie boards, and they had the best price. They got them really fast, much faster than anyone else quoted. Overall they were very fast and courteous. It was nice doing business with them, I plan on making more purchases from them. more

Spencer's Ventura Mattress was friendly. They took a personal approach and they weren't pushy. They basically gave me information that let me make up my own mind. Also, I think their products were really good. They had a wide range, and they weren't just trying to sell one thing. They were very good about delivery and setup. Their prices were reasonable for what I got. more

I went in Spencer's Ventura Matresses and Marsha was very friendly. She listened to what I wanted and helped me find a bed that was what I wanted. This was my first time shopping there. The service is wonderful, and Spencer makes some of their products there, which is really nice. It's a good place to buy a bed! more

We bought a king size latex mattress from them. We first went in last May and they gave me all the info and everything. We waited until recently to buy it, there was no high pressure and they were very informative. They were wonderful to work with, I enjoyed the experience. more
