Spencer's Ventura Mattress was great. I bought my mattress from them about a year ago and I'm very happy with it. It's very comfortable and I'm happy with it. I would use them again int he future, next time I need to buy another one. Their prices and customer service are good too. more

Great Service! 7/14/2017

This was my first time visiting Spencer's Ventura Mattress store and everything went very good. We were recommended this place from one of our friends who recently purchased a mattress. I knew that I wanted an adjustable mattress and the employees at Spencer's made it happen. The price range was a little out of my budget but the quality really spoke for itself. I really enjoy the mattresses and now just need a bed frame! more

Didn't Turn Out the Way I Expected 7/12/2017

I bought a mattress from Spencer's Ventura Mattress for an RV, but it didn't turn out to be exactly what I hoped. It wasn't really the quality that I wanted. They delivered it and we used it for camping. For whatever reason it wasn't the way we thought it was going to be. Then got rid of the RV and I'm in need of a mattress, so I'm planning to go over there and see if I can return it for store credit, but I haven't been able to make it over there in a while so I'm praying they will help me out. If they work with me on that I will have no problems at all. more

I've been to Spencer's Mattress a couple times now and purchased 3 mattresses from them. The in store employees were very helpful and really provided me with all the information I needed to find a mattress that fit all my needs. I have nothing but good things to say about them! I will continue to use them in the future and I will be recommending them to anyone that needs a great mattress at a great price ! more

I have been using Spencer's Ventura Mattress for years now and they've always delivered great, quality service. I recently bought 2 twin size mattresses from their company and they offered quality service for the best prince, and same day delivery. The staff was very friendly and useful, and I would definitely recommend them to future customers. more

Personal Service that is Customized to What You Need 4/24/2017

I thought Spencer was very helpful in explaining various different products as well as his own. The educational process was good. The customer service was excellent. It was a good overall experience. I didn't feel like i was being sold something so much as I was being educated. The price was basically right where I expected to be. It's not like I stole it, but it's not like I overpaid either. I would just say that they're not a big brand name store. You get more personal service there that is customized to what you need, which is what interested me as opposed to going to a big box store. They look at personalizing the product and that makes a big difference. more

Overall, we were very happy with the service provided by Spencer's Ventura Mattress. They did a real good job for us, and I would definitely recommend them. We have absolutely no complaints at all. That's pretty much that; I have nothing more say except that they are a really great business! more

Last year I used the services from Spencer's Ventura Mattress when I was in need of a new mattress and bed set, and was quite pleased with the products I received from Spencer's. The people there were very friendly and helpful, they were great at helping me find a product that was within the price range I was looking for, and also one that would work well in my home. The product I ended up with is excellent, I have no complaints about it. Overall I thought Spencer's Ventura Mattress had excellent customer service, and was very helpful. I would definitely use their services again, and I highly recommend them. more

The staff is very knowledgeable about clean mattresses and I was really satisfied with their recommendations. The pricing was very fair. When I went into Spencer's Ventura Mattress I was pleased because everything went smoothly and efficiently. I used to be in mattress business so i know what to look for! I've dealt with them twice, or actually 3 times now and I've always been satisfied. They have a good product selection, and the prices are very reasonable considering the product quality. They have all qualities, all sizes, all pries ranges. They can help you out with anything you desire. If you're on a budget or if there is no budget, they can help. more

Excellent service and product, don't be fooled by the size of the store! There are plenty of options. 11/4/2016

We were pleasantly surprised as to the amount of options that were in the store when we went to go look at Spencer's Ventura Mattress. When you look at the store from the street it looks small, like you'll walk in and they'll only have two mattresses! But luckily someone met us at the front door and brought is in, where we realized there's quite a few more than we had assumed. The salesperson was extremely helpful and gave us time to figure out what we needed. They asked good questions, and we were able to get a mattress that met our needs at an affordable price. When they came to deliver the mattress the delivery guys were on time, they were clean, efficient, and before I knew it they had taken out our old mattress and put the new one in. We were very happy with the service and the whole experience that we had with Spencer's and we are extremely happy with our mattress. more

The trip was pleasant. I got in and out quick. I have a lot of questions and concerns about the mattress I bought that I wish I had asked at the time, and I'm not entirely satisfied with it, but I suppose it's fine. The people in the store were helpful, though. more

Good prices for high-quality product 8/22/2016

My experience with Spencer's Ventura Mattress was all wonderful and very easy. I liked that they took their time and showed me different mattresses and pillows to find one that was suited to me. Their delivery guys brought it right out and set it up and took my old one away. I thought they were very professional and very nice and quick. It's also nice that Spencer's is family owned, and that their sales staff is very knowledgeable and knows what they are talking about. more
