Review content:
When we needed a mattress, Spencer's Ventura Mattress was one of the only places open and answering their phones. We were kind of desperate. It was very easy to get there and choose. They were very friendly.
When they did deliver it, they made a small mistake that I won't go into because mistakes happen sometimes. It wasn't a problem at all because they handled it so nicely. They were very accommodating. We've gone back two times since then. They were great.
