Spectrum Carpet

I used Spectrum Carpet Cleaning and Restoration to clean the carpeting in two of my homes. They did such a fantastic job at the first one that I had them do the second. They arrived on time and got the job done quickly. I am very pleased with the results! more

I called for an estimate for restoring carpet in a condo, they had a reasonable price, so we set up an appointment. They came and did their thing and it looks great! They were very reliable and on time. This was my first time using Spectrum and I would use them again and recommend them to others. more

My puppy got sick & had accidents on carpet and my entire house stunk! I called 2 companies I've used in the past, niether could fit me in for 2-3 days. I found Spectrums online and the staff made me feel as if I was a long time customer during entire process. I was initially told they were completely booked for the rest of that week. The SPECTRUM DIFFERENCE was that the young lady I spoke to was able to book an emergency appointment for me the next day! I don't know how she did it, or if she had to rearrange her schedule, but she got me in immediately! Technicians were 20 minutes late but did call on the way. Once they arrived both young men busted their tail to make up for lost time! I told office I only wanted room to be "spot cleaned" but techs offered to do room for the same price I was quoted! I will definitely use them in the future for all my cleaning needs!! more

We've now used Spectrum twice for cleaning carpets in the church building and they do a fantastic job. They provide excellent service, the staff is friendly, and they are a LOCAL company whose prices are far below the big boys (especially Stanley Steemer). We would definitely recommend Spectrum! more

The people from Spectrum Carpet Cleaning were very pleasant and professional. It was a real small job done at our company, but they did great and there were no issues. It had rained, and we had some water on the carpets. They came and sucked up the leftover water and sprayed something on the wall for the mold. They also reattached the strip on the wall. The job went just fine, and they did really well overall. I would feel comfortable hiring them for my own personal home in the future. more

I called to schedule at the last minute as I had family coming in town for my daughters graduation and they decided to show up early! I was frantic!! I never used spectrum before but a friend highly recommended them after I had NO luck getting an appointment with my usual cleaning company of 10 years! The receptionist was extremely helpful and rearranged the schedule to get me an appointment the very next day! She was very prompt and accommodating during the entire process. She took my information and promised to call me back as soon as she spoke to the technitions, she called back within minutes with an appointment time that worked around my schedule. The technicians arrived 10 minutes early explained the process then got to work immediately!! My carpets look better then ever! My brother in law actually asked if we had got new carpeting installed since his last visit at Christmas! I will not be using my old cleaning company again! I will use spectrum and recommend them to all my friends & family. GREAT JOB GUYS AND GALS.. I LOVE THE FACT THAT SPECTRUMS A LOCALLY OWNED FAMILY BUSINESS AND IT SHOW'S THEY WORK TOGETHER AS A TEAM TO PUT CUSTOMERS FIRST!! more

Spectrum Carpet Cleaning and Restoration were recommended to me by the builders that I use, and they landed them the job. We had them over to clean all of the smoke we had from a recent basement fire that we had, and they were great. They cleaned the whole house and everything looks good. I really enjoy my now super clean carpet, thanks to Spectrum Carpet Cleaning and Restoration. This was my first time using them and I couldn't be happier with their service. Our carpet is sort of old and worn but they were able to make it look ten years younger after the cleaning. The gentleman also didn't leave any chemical smells whatsoever and notified me about when he would arrive. He was very personable and efficient. My fiancé scheduled the appointment while I was out of town for work & scheduled with Spectrum. I have never used them before, used a different company for years. Little did I know I was being overcharged for a half asked job! My fiancé said the office manager, Jaime was very knowledgeable & extremely polite when she made appointment and was willing to work around our schedule. The man that cleaned our home was actually the owner! I could not believe it! He actually Cares enough for his business he takes time out of his busy schedule to clean homes still! I had to get my carpet cleaned because there was something wrong with the carpet itself and the manufacturer wouldn't do anything about it until I had it professionally cleaned. I looked up carpet cleaning places on the internet and came up with Spectrum Carpet Cleaning and Restoration. The insurance company gave me a certain amount of money for the cleaning and I called Spectrum and asked them if they could do it for that. The owner was very accommodating and said that they would. They came out and did it very quickly and professionally. The technician was very personable. It was great! more

I have a rental house and the carpet had been pretty well abused. I had Spectrum Carpet Cleaning and Restoration clean it up for a tenant. He warned me that the carpets weren't going to be perfect, but they were able to get it 90% better. I was happy. more

I called a different company to come and clean my carpet where my male rottweiler had urinated on the carpet. Well, they made my carpet smell much worse, actually my whole house smelled really bad. So I called Denise, who works at Spectrum, and she said we can get somebody out there ASAP. They even worked with me because they knew I just spent a large amount of money on the other guy cleaning my carpet. But you know what, they told me if I got my money back they would do the job for what the other person charged me. Let me tell you, they did a great job. Mike was superior and really knows his carpets. Please go to them and ask for Denise. Tell her I recommended you. They do a fabulous job. You will be pleases, I guarantee. more

I first had to use them when I had a pipe burst in my basement. They came out really quickly and dried and cleaned the carpet. The guys were super friendly and real pleasant. They even tolerated my 2 year old trying to help. \r I have since used them to clean the rest of my house and will definately use them again and again. more
