My puppy got sick & had accidents on carpet and my entire house stunk! I called 2 companies I've used in the past, niether could fit me in for 2-3 days. I found Spectrums online and the staff made me feel as if I was a long time customer during entire process. I was initially told they were completely booked for the rest of that week. The SPECTRUM DIFFERENCE was that the young lady I spoke to was able to book an emergency appointment for me the next day! I don't know how she did it, or if she had to rearrange her schedule, but she got me in immediately!
Technicians were 20 minutes late but did call on the way. Once they arrived both young men busted their tail to make up for lost time!
I told office I only wanted room to be "spot cleaned" but techs offered to do room for the same price I was quoted!
I will definitely use them in the future for all my cleaning needs!!
