I called to schedule at the last minute as I had family coming in town for my daughters graduation and they decided to show up early! I was frantic!! I never used spectrum before but a friend highly recommended them after I had NO luck getting an appointment with my usual cleaning company of 10 years! The receptionist was extremely helpful and rearranged the schedule to get me an appointment the very next day! She was very prompt and accommodating during the entire process. She took my information and promised to call me back as soon as she spoke to the technitions, she called back within minutes with an appointment time that worked around my schedule. The technicians arrived 10 minutes early explained the process then got to work immediately!! My carpets look better then ever! My brother in law actually asked if we had got new carpeting installed since his last visit at Christmas! I will not be using my old cleaning company again! I will use spectrum and recommend them to all my friends & family. GREAT JOB GUYS AND GALS.. I LOVE THE FACT THAT SPECTRUMS A LOCALLY OWNED FAMILY BUSINESS AND IT SHOW'S THEY WORK TOGETHER AS A TEAM TO PUT CUSTOMERS FIRST!!
