I've been going to this guy for years. He isn't fast, but he is very good and has always taken care of me and my family. He's fixed glasses from other places were they wouldn't even try. I would recommend this place as long as you don't need new glasses quickly. more

My experience with this place is pretty much the same as the person who wrote the first review. I was refered to this place by Entyre Vision Care. I dropped my daughter's eyeglasses off on a Saturday morning. The guy in the shop told me that all he needed to do was attach the arm of her glasses back on but it would be done in two days. I figure I would get them on Tuesday considering the following day was Sunday and the shop was closed. The guy gave me one of his pieces of paper with the shop info on it and told me to write my name and number on it and that was it. He did tell me my cost would be $25.00. I called him on Thursday and he didn't even remember who I was. I had to give him my info all over again and he probably don't know which glasses are mine. His exact words to me were, ""If you just dropped them off to me on Saturday, then I probably have not even got to them yet."" He said, ""I have a lot of glasses that I am working on and I might not get to your's until another week or so."" I told him that my daughter needs her glasses to see and that I was told that it would be a 2 day process. He then told me to call back on Monday. Now after reading the first reviewers message, I doubt very seriously he will have her glasses on Monday. I wish I would have checked this site first before I let him keep my daughter's glasses. I am going to let Entyre Vision Care know that my experience with this guy was not good. more

I was directed here when my glasses broke, by Target. I dropped off my glasses and the guy was very hasty with me. He looked at them and said it was a very common break and he had what was needed to fix it, then he had me write my name and number on a piece of paper (and that's it?? AND didn't give me an estimate). He said he'd call me later to let me know about my glasses. A week went by then I called, he said well if you dropped off a week ago, then I haven't gotten the chance to look at it. Another week went by, so I called again and he said that he had many customers and was very busy and he'd call me when they were done. Another week went by I called again he said that he had to order some parts and that they just came in, he'd call when they were done. It's been 2 weeks since that call and he has Not returned my call. They are VERY unprofessional, I do NOT recommend this place. I had to go and pick them up and they weren't even done yet! The whole reason I wanted them fixed was to use them in my softball league, well my league is over now, it?s been 5 weeks since I've dropped them off. I am one UNHAPPY customer (if you can call me that, since he never fixed my glasses.) more
