I was directed here when my glasses broke, by Target. I dropped off my glasses and the guy was very hasty with me. He looked at them and said it was a very common break and he had what was needed to fix it, then he had me write my name and number on a piece of paper (and that's it?? AND didn't give me an estimate). He said he'd call me later to let me know about my glasses. A week went by then I called, he said well if you dropped off a week ago, then I haven't gotten the chance to look at it. Another week went by, so I called again and he said that he had many customers and was very busy and he'd call me when they were done. Another week went by I called again he said that he had to order some parts and that they just came in, he'd call when they were done. It's been 2 weeks since that call and he has Not returned my call.
They are VERY unprofessional, I do NOT recommend this place. I had to go and pick them up and they weren't even done yet!
The whole reason I wanted them fixed was to use them in my softball league, well my league is over now, it?s been 5 weeks since I've dropped them off. I am one UNHAPPY customer (if you can call me that, since he never fixed my glasses.)
