Any type of service at SpaW is worth the Money! I have been going to SpaW for over 3 years mostly for facials, eyebrow tint and waxing - I always request Kat Steen. She has helped me to improve my skin and maintain it. She makes realistic recommendations that are effective. Kat is a perfectionist and this is the type of person I want for my skin cafe treatments. The Spa is extremely well maintained and classy. The staff is professional and always make me feel special! more

Absolutely fabulous facials! Kat Steen is a genius. My skin has never looked so healthy. The facility is clean, smells wonderful and is very comfortable. The staff is extremely pleasant. Not cheap but sooooo worth it!! more

my mother bought me a gift certificate for a massage and facial. I couldn't believe how unprofessional the entire experience was. I was treated like a nusance. Like I was an inconvinience. I don't reccommend you waste your money at a spa that only cares about getting paid. Pros: Tranquil environment Cons: poor customer service more

Upon visiting Bend recently a local friend recommended that I visit Spa-W and I?m so happy I did. I have to admit that I was calling on short notice and the front desk obviously went out of their way to accommodate me. The spa was very easy to find and they had their own parking lot. I had the ?Desert Rescue? facial, which was outstanding and the Spa-W Signature pedicure was honestly one of the best I have ever experienced. Their lunch was great too, a delicious parfait with fresh berries. The facility was exceptionally clean, warm and inviting. The staff was professional, welcoming and courteous. Needless to say, I am really looking forward to my next visit to Bend and Spa-W. Pros: Very professional and trustworthy. Great services. more

I am a very loyal customer to a different spa in town, but received a gift certificate to Spa W. I honestly planned on purchasing product instead of services, but my sister talked me into having a spa day with her instead. Had I not gone in for my services I would have never known what I was missing all this time!! The spa is absolutely beautiful and smells wonderful. After our services they served us lunch, and being the foodie I am, I was quite impressed. The staff is friendly without being overly pushy and they really seem to know what they are doing. If you are looking for a great place to relax with all the little extras, then look no further! Pros: beautiful facility, warm and friendly atmosphere Cons: you cannot function afterwards : ) more

This spa is heaven. I don't think that there could possibly be an honest negative review of this place. My experience was flawless, and of all of the spas that I have visited this ranks amoung the best. The pedicure was amazing! The cleanliness of the spa impressed me and the staff was extremely welcoming. Pros: Clean, relaxing, inviting Cons: I live to far away to go everyday! more

I wasn't that impressed with Spa W. They were slow to start my services (15 minutes late) and they've canceled on me in less than 24 hours. I had made an appointment on a specific day and time several weeks in advance because I was leaving for vacation. When one of their employees called in sick, they called me to reschedule, rather than finding a replacement to keep my appointment at the same time. Total inconvenience to the customer. Not sure if I'll go back. For the prices they charge, they should be more accomodating. more

In my opinion, the staff at Spa W knows their stuff! However, the front desk should consider brushing up on their customer service skills. Of the many spas I've been to in much larger cities, Spa W ranks among the best. Situated in a large house-like building, the atmosphere is clean without feeling cold and sterile, luxurious without being too ""frou-frou"", and comfortable even to first timers who don't quite know their way around. Treatments are accompanied by a complimentary steam session and, in my case, followed by a gorgeous little tea-and-scone service---a must-have for the extra $5. I recommend the Moor Mud body wrap, which is thoroughly decadent and relaxing, and followed by an amazing recumbent 6-headed shower and massage. Overall, my experience was perfect, comfortable, and enjoyable from start to finish. Although it's certainly not inexpensive, Spa W will be my spa of choice in Bend from here on out. Pros: variety of treatments, convenient parking, nice atmosphere Cons: expensive more
