I wasn't that impressed with Spa W. They were slow to start my services (15 minutes late) and they've canceled on me in less than 24 hours. I had made an appointment on a specific day and time several weeks in advance because I was leaving for vacation. When one of their employees called in sick, they called me to reschedule, rather than finding a replacement to keep my appointment at the same time. Total inconvenience to the customer. Not sure if I'll go back. For the prices they charge, they should be more accomodating.
