Review content:
In April, we went in Rick's Pool and Spas and looked at different spas. He showed us a spa in his showroom that started as $18K and when we were done with it, it was $14K so that was considerable savings. We had some issues with the crane company so Rick found us a new crane company. The crane company was more expensive, but I still made it out ahead. I liked that he made all the arrangements and I just had to pay him. I was very pleased. Shop around, but at the end of the day, take the info of the spa you want to buy and go to Rick's. I bet they'd beat the price. The follow-up with the customer service is also great. I get a years worth of spa chemicals. I already recommended them to a friend of mine who is planning on using them once he has the concrete laid.
