I was very disappointed to come out of my massage, be sent to the "quiet" room, only to have a child playing around in the massage chair, talking and being a total distraction!! I...

Sauna and Quiet room comments 6/6/2011

the sauna is great and I really liked the quiet room but you had a staff member keep coming into the quiet room while I was relaxing she kept checking on things I found that distracting bec. I had to open my eyes or turn to see who it was and it just interrupted my quiet time over and over more

Nice setting, painful massage 6/6/2011

The interior was nice and well-appointed. The staff on the phone and at the front desk were a bit snooty. The massage was painful (I should have said "Ouch!"). I've had better massages elsewhere. I don't recall her name, but she was Russian, I believe. more

Great facial and very relaxing experience! 6/4/2011

I love the Arcona Organic Enzyme Peel facial. SG always offers great service, are very professional, and it is a great atmosphere. I appreciate the wonderful amenities that go along with the services (fully stocked locker room, sauna, quiet room). I'm on the email list and frequently receive offers for 20% discounts. I'll definitely keep coming back. more

Liz is awesome! She took the time to figure out my skin issues so she could tailor the for my specific problems. She does wonders for my skin and I can't wait until my next appointment. She's also great about recommending product without being pushy. more

Very relaxing 5/22/2011

I've not been to many spas. The last one I went to was at a hotel in Napa. It was wonderful. The ambiance and service were fantastic. Spa Gregories was equally nice. The interior was very spatial and the ambiance was nice. The service was great. I had to wait a little bit for my massage. I think it was an especially busy day. I feel that a spa, that's there to pamper and provide excellent service, you shouldn't have to wait. That's the only reason I didn't give it 5 stars. i would go back. more

Somewhat disappointing 5/22/2011

Overall, I was somewhat dissapointed. The atmosphere felt like an office building covered in distasteful curtains. It was a dark, eastern feel, rather than a relaxing fresh feel. In the relaxation room the seating was uncomfortable and a staff member kept walking through to the salon, opening the door to blasting music. The massage itself was ok. Scentless lotion was used vs oil. Aroma therapy was lacking. The bed and room was cold and there were no heating devices used on the table to keep the client warmed. The locker room was nice, but very dusty. The amenities were lacking. Just 2 showers and a steam room. Ah well. I will def drive the extra 15 min and pay the extra few bucks for Burke Williams next time. more

I brought my daughter in-law for a massage and we were both very pleased with our treatments and the relaxing atmosphere of the spa. The lounge area offered us the time and privacy to just sit and talk after our massage, no one rushed us out the door, very calming and comfortable. more

Massage experience 5/20/2011

I absolutely love Spa Gregories. The staff is nice, friendly and polite. I just had a massage yesterday by Jacki and she is just wonderful! She takes her time, explains things (if needed) as she goes and is very personable; I highly recommend her. Angela the owner is a very nice lady too, very helpful. They have many deals/specials and in this economy every penny counts. I have tried other spas but always come back to Spa Gregories. more

My first time at Spa Gregorie 5/17/2011

I was looking forward to spending time in the steam room and bitterly disappointed with it, no matter how long I sat there (almost 20 minutes)it did not get hot,just mildy warm. However, my appointment with Janet was a delight, she is very warm and efficient, explaining what she was doing in a quiet manner. Her palpation skills are excellent. I would say it was one of the best facials I have had. Kudo's Janet, and thank you. more

Shorter Services 5/16/2011

Has anyone else been experiencing a reduction in the amount of service time. Twice now, I have paid for 75 minute services and both times hae been given 60 minutes. I enjoyed the services but will not go back if I continue to get gipped on my minutes. more
