Worst

I was very disappointed to come out of my massage, be sent to the "quiet" room, only to have a child playing around in the massage chair, talking and being a total distraction!! I...

My visit 10/9/2011

I was in on a Wednesday and it was not too busy. The staff was very pleasant and professional. The amenities were great and my massage wonderful. The only knock I would indicate is the cleanliness of the floor in the bathroom specifically the grout in the toilet area. more

My treatment with Brad was excellent. He was very knowledgeable and helped me choose some new products that I am very pleased with the results! The entire experience was excellent and I will be back! Oh, he also gave me some samples for cleansers that I love. The product quality is very high and reasonably priced which is hard to find. more

First time 10/4/2011

Really wonderful facial by Janet. I didn't expect how many "extras" were included with the fabulouly relaxing treatment. I was a bit put off by the very generic greeting area but, behind the scenes, it was very peaceful. My only negative was that I've never been to this establishment and as I was shown to the locker room I was told that the receptionist would be there to show me to the quiet room.. when I came out there was no one there and I wandered around until someone told me where to go... awkward. more

My experience at Spa Gregorie 10/4/2011

I really enjoyed my spa appt. The experience was everything I wanted it to be. The staff was very welcoming and friendly. My massage was wonderful and all the amenities were great. I will definitely want to go again soon and I highly reccomend this spa! more

Initially I was happy to get to the salon. However I waited about 15 minutes for my appointment, though I was on time. The lady who waxed me was nice but too fast and rough. more

Maternity Massage 9/27/2011

Had a most relaxing time while waiting in the lounge enjoying the refreshing flavored water, the soft music and the oh so comfortable lounge chairs chatting with my girlfriends. Counrtney was my therapist, and she was AWESOME! She asked great questions ro assess my needs and also shared with me the limitations related to a maternity massage. She then, let me relax as she did her excellent work to get out all the pregnancy stress. She even worked out a troubling knot that I had, and it felt so great afterward. I will go back to her for another massage soon. Thank you! The spa itself has a lovely atmosphere and is a hidden gem in this little strip mall in RSM. It takes you aware from your daily life to relax in a beautiful and soothing environment. Their products are great, as well, which is a plus to take advantage of in the locker room after treatments and relaxing. I've been there a few times before and will definitely keep going back. Also, their pricing is very reasonable for such a nice spa. What a treat! more

Awesome Experience! 9/22/2011

This was my first time at Spa Gregorie's and hopefully if my pocket book allows, it won't be my last. I called in the same day as my appointment and was able to get in a massage within a half an hour. I was a little irked at the price but I was desperate, my back was in a lot of pain. When I got there, I knew what I was paying for! Personal robe...awesome! Personal locker...very cool. Let's just say it....the bathroom and sauna....awesome. My massage....even better! My massage therapist was Nihemia, she was fantastic. Very easy to talk to and explain my back issues with. She listened as she did the massage if I wanted pressure changed or if I wanted her to stick to one area more than another. She was great and I felt great afterward. Love the treatment, the ambiance, the vibe was very cool and I'd definitely go back! Worth it! more

Less than satisfied 9/20/2011

The esthetician (Clare) was pleasant enough, but she did not introduce herself: it felt as if I was just another one of her appointments she wanted to get through. As the treatment proceeded, she did not offer any advice on skin care nor any assessments as to the condition of my skin. All that could have been overlooked if she had not been so over zealous in the extraction process. I now have red spots and worse yet, scabs in some areas where she was less than gentle with my easily-scarred skin. I came in expecting improved skin tone, but ended up with patchy, splotchy, and scarred face. I have received the Epicuren facial as well as other facial treatments before from Spa Gregories and have been very pleased with the results, but this last experience was very disappointing. more

I've had many, many massages over the years, and Jim gave me the best, most relaxing massage I have ever had in my life! He also gave me some neck exercises to do while I work to relieve some stress. I will definitely be returning to Spa Gregorie and Jim. more

Massage Worthy 9/17/2011

I love this place. I always have good service whether it's from the up-front counter staff upon check-in or the actual service person. I've seen Jacki for a massage 3 times now and she is just fantastic; I highly recommend her. The girl who assisted me upon check-in/out was very nice, polite and helpful as well. They offer good coupon specials too. more
