Kid in "Quiet" Room....really?? 2/5/2012

I was very disappointed to come out of my massage, be sent to the "quiet" room, only to have a child playing around in the massage chair, talking and being a total distraction!! I was in there for over 10 minutes and SOMEONE had to know the child was there! Any stress that was released from my shoulders quickly came back! If I wanted to hang out with kids playing on furniture, I would have stayed at home! Very disappointed! more

I've been to spas before including this location, but it has been over a year and forgot that they do not have a jacuzzi. I like to enjoy the facilities prior to my appointment. When I first walked in the gal at the front desk just handed me the key #9 (no tour). The hair products in the ladies were were empty. I asked about certain massages via phone, the soothing stones was different, but needed deep tissue. more

Wonderful Lavendar and Sea Salt Pedicure 1/21/2012

I was blessed the day I found your Spa and have been going consistently to Lindsay to enjoy a relaxing sea salt and lavendar pedicure. Each time I go, the service is excellent and my pedicure not only looks great but the health of my toenails has improved. Thank you Lindsay and Spa Gregories for creating such a relaxing, peaceful environment to unwind from a very busy lifestyle. more

My second time ever having a facial 1/17/2012

I booked an appointment for the very second time for myself to have a facial. It was amazing! From beginning to end, it was so quite and relaxing and my skin never looked so great! Jen is the best and I will recommend her to all my friends and family when they want to pamper themselves. more

My masseuse was very good. She asked what I wanted and did it. Afterthought: The Spa should provide better hair towels that will wrap comfortably around your head! more

Wonderful spa day 1/15/2012

I was given a spa certificate for Christmas, so I opted for the signature facial and relaxing massage. The massage from Sylvia was excellent . She took time to concentrate on problem areas and made sure that I was comfortable with the pressure applied. Amie did the facial. She had a look at my skin before starting the facial and asked if i had any areas of concern. She explained everything that she was doing, and the products that were being used. more

not great 1/11/2012

I was a first timer to SG and it was ok. My massage with Suzanne was great she did a wonderful job. However, my massage was cut short due to a booking mistake on their part. Brad credited me a 30 minute massage on my next visit. Too bad,I wanted it that day. right? I went to grab an apple and it was mushy, so I grabbed another and it was bad. So I walked away from the fruit. I am giving 2.5 stars for the facility and what it offered. Put the booking skills can be improved. And the fruit needs to be fresher. I wish I had gone to Burke Williams. more

Gel application 1/9/2012

The staff was extremely friendly and felt welcome, Lindsie, performed the gel application and she was professional, friendly and very exact on the possibilities for my very first gel application. I am still discerning if this is the best choice for my nails :) after having had acrylics for many years, will soon find out! more

I want to say that I received OUTSTANDING service from Hitomi (for bang trim), Claire (brow shape), and Pam (massage). Each is professional and friendly and always meets my needs as a customer. Pam does some magic with her massages. Some of the best massages I have ever had! Thanks Pam. more

I loved everything. It probably would have been better if my masseuse started on time and actually did a full hour like I payed for instead of about 50 minutes... But other than that I loved it. more
