Purchased a cello, K Mueller. The peg box cracked in the first 5 days. SWS sent a call tag to pick it up. They reviewed it and said it had taken a ""blunt force"" which caused crack. There is no evidence on the cello, the case, or anywhere else showing blunt force. If in fact the peg box can crack by taking a ""hit"" that leaves no evidence on the instrument or case; it leads me to the conclusion that the wood used is poor quality maple. SWS sent it back to me at my expense and charged me $20.00 for packing material!? I sent it in the same box they sent it to me in. They need to put it in a new box to send back to me??? I will not do business with them again. I have 3 more cellos to buy, they will not get my business.
Cons: Did not stand behind sale
