Having never had any plumbing problems in the past, I was nervous to have to make the call with a leaking kitchen faucet. Two very professional and courteous gentlemen came within an hour of my call. The faucet (which needed replacement might have been a little little higher priced than perhaps it should have been, but if you CANNOT do it yourself you must pay to have it done. They did a nice job, left no mess and were very pleasant to do business with. I would trust them for future work. - Karin S more

I had to call on them recently to get their opinion on a plumbing job that was being done at my home and they were the most helpful in showing me some things that were wrong so i could have them corrected. I really appreciated their help and input in this matter and have really learned a lesson. I will never again hire someone a friend recommends and whom i know nothing about. On the coldest night of the year my husband and I woke up to no hot water. We were not sure what we were dealing with and being new home owners we were very afraid to call a plumber, but I had a coupon that SW Plumbing mailed me when I first moved in and decided to call. They came out to our house and quickly got to work diagnosing our problem. Out plumber was friendly and let us know everything he was looking for. When he discovered that we had a frozen pipe he quickly fixed the problem and told my husband what he needed to do to prevent this from happening again. The price was fair and we were happy with our service. We will definitely call them again and recommend them to friends. more

I called South West because I had dropped my ring down the disposal. The nice lady on the phone made me feel a little better when she told me that this happens a lot. Within a couple of hours 2 men showed up to try to retrieve my ring. The older fellow explained that good plumbing companies always have apprentices. I guess that is a good way for a young man to learn a trade. Any way in a few short minutes they had found my ring. NO CHARGE! They let me know that they would be happy to inspect my plumbing and heating systems while they were there. They were so nice that I said O.K. A few minutes later the plumber came back and gave me a list of things that should be looked at or fixed. I explained that I did not have enough money to fix those things and he asked what my budget was. I thought that was kind of personal so I asked him why? He said that a couple of the things should really be fixed soon and that a couple could wait. If I could tell him what I could afford he would do what he could to fix a few of them. I told him that I was only comfortable spending a couple of hundred and even that would be tight. He checked the list and told me that he could fix the toilet for that amount and that by getting the toilet fixed I would also be saving money on the water bill. I said ok and before too long they were done. They showed me what they had repaired and left me the list for next time. I was happy to have the work done and very happy to have my ring back. I will be calling them again when I need a plumber. I am 86 so I don't know if I will ever need them, but if I do i will call. I also told my grandson to try them also. I think that this company is probably a good company. I know that in my life i've learned that you can't please everyone and you can't believe every thing that people say. We had discovered a problem with our gas furnace and after calling the company who originally installed the furnace, and being told that it would not be until late the next day that they could come out. We called South West Plumbing and the call taker was very pleasant and professional and informed me that a tech would be out between 11-1. Then shortly after 11am we received a call saying that the Tech. was on his way. They arrived promptly did an inspection of the furnace and gave me an itemized price upfront. Less than an hour later they had completed the job, and replaced all the parts that had been removed and cleaned up the area and closed up the access doors. So from the time we called until the completion of the job was less than two hours !!!!! When the original company told us it would be not until late the next day for someone to come out. We were very satisfied with the job done by South West Plumbing. Their courteous, friendly service and professional manner deserves the highest praise and recognition. The plumbers who came to our house were extremely polite and professional. They cleaned fixtures (no my shower handles look much cleaner than my shower) and even re-aligned a faucet at no charge. I like the work SWP does. However pricing is a bit high.(but is in line with other major companies), but tolerable when the work needs to be done promptly and correctly!!! Jodi K. more

I had a job performed on my furnace. The tech went beyond the requirements to get heat for me. He located a part that he needed and then he drove his own 4wd truck in difficult driving conditions to my house the following day with the part needed to make the repair. I had a major job done (didn't know it was major when I called). Everything good I had read from comments online and recommendations was TRUE!!! The technicians, a journeyman and an apprentice were great guys. They showed up shortly after I received a courtesy call, and were well within the time window they had said. They were very friendly and kind. I was treated with the upmost kindness and courtesy. They left the job as they found it. No mess! The journeyman tach explained the job very clearly and easy for the layman to understand. I will certainly call SW Plumbing in the future and recommend them to others. I have to say the two gentlemen that came out to do work at my house are truly two of the hardest working individuals I have ever seen. The did a superior repair job on the Giant problem I had. Funny, they were here for 2 and a half days and now I miss them on occasion because they were so pleasant and courteous to have around. I will certainly call again if need be. I would like to commend highly the employees and the plumbers that came out. All of these people worked very well together to accomplish several different jobs I needed done today. They listened to me with courtesy and sensitivity, and showed real care in completing all work to meet my needs. As an older woman without much knowledge of plumbing vocabulary I did not really expect the attentive kindness from all of these men, but I am very pleased to tell you how much I appreciate their professional attitude, their hard work, their courtesy, and their cleanliness after the work was completed.
