We had discovered a problem with our gas furnace and after calling the company who originally installed the furnace, and being told that it would not be until late the next day that they could come out.
We called South West Plumbing and the call taker was very pleasant and professional and informed me that a tech would be out between 11-1. Then shortly after 11am we received a call saying that the Tech. was on his way. They arrived promptly did an inspection of the furnace and gave me an itemized price upfront. Less than an hour later they had completed the job, and replaced all the parts that had been removed and cleaned up the area and closed up the access doors.
So from the time we called until the completion of the job was less than two hours !!!!! When the original company told us it would be not until late the next day for someone to come out.
We were very satisfied with the job done by South West Plumbing. Their courteous, friendly service and professional manner deserves the highest praise and recognition. It is also what surprised me and is why I would recommend them to everyone!!!
