Hello! I am sorry to be negative, but my biyfriend and I visited your spa for the first time on 12/4/11 at 4:45PM for "deep tissue couples massages." We confirmed with the staff...

Best Pedicure in town 3/6/2007

The extraordinary cleanliness, a staff that puts me at ease, an attention to detail rarely found elsewhere, and all this takes place in a relaxing atmosphere! Best Brazilian Wax EVER!!! 3/5/2007

This is a great spa with affordable prices. They have more bikini designs than anywhere!! Both waxing ladies were extremely skilled and made me feel very comfortable. They even offer lollipops and teddy bears for the not so brave waxers out there!! I am never getting waxed anywhere except here!! Pros: Affordable Cons: Dont be late!! more

Best Spa In Boston 2/18/2007

South West Day spa has been one of my favorite spots to go to if I just need a relaxing day. The spa offers impeccable service, a wide verity of products and services, and excellent care of their costumers. This Spa offers a very Family like environment for new and old clients alike. I look forward to every appointment I make, thanks to their welcoming atmosphere and quality of service. South west day spa offers many different services which are all done by professionals who are experts in what they study. Best manicure / pedicure anywhere in the city - you won't disagree! 2/3/2007

Southwest Day Spa offers a wide variety of services which are also excellent (facials, massage, waxing, extensive spa services) but the manicure and pedicures here are the best I have ever had. I don't believe there is a family member or friend (or out of town visitor) that I have not taken to Southwest for a special treat, manicure or pedicure or both, and they all agree: Levina, staff and services are superb! Also, very relaxing atmosphere, soft background music, lovely colors, scents - if your day is stressed, you'll feel peaceful when you leave Southwest Day Spa. Best brazilian in Boston 11/5/2006

Since I left Boston in May '06, I have been trying to find a waxer as good as Southwest. Quick, meticulous, clean facility, friendly, high quality wax, very detail-oriented, and $40 fee + tip is the best price I've found in Boston, St. Louis, or Seattle. They are absolutely the best and I wish that I were still in Boston to come for my bikini wax. I'll make an appointment every time I visit! more
