I recieved magazines from this company and did not have the bad service mentioned in other reviews. In fact I received my magazines within a few days and was completely satisfied with my order once I got my package. I even called to have one of my magazines switched witch I was told I could do. They were helpful and polite and I had no problem getting the magazine exchanged for the one I prefered. I continue to receive my subscriptions both weekly and monthly. I have found two very informative and educational for my teen daughter who uses them for school. I admit I was skeptical as to wether or not I would receive the best of service at first, but I am a satisfied customer so far! I just thought I would give some kudos to the company to balance the reviews. Thank you! Pros: I received good service and great magazines Cons: I haven't won yet! more

This company is very bad! I cancelled so many times and yet I continue to receive magazines that I refuse to pay for. How many times do I have to cancel before I'm finally truely canceled? Others have similar stories of rude customer service refusing to cancel them, even hanging up on them. We're paying customers and we're treated with no respect. I tried to cancel July 2006 and continue to get magazines still this year July 2007 and yet I've canceled numerous times. I've even talked to several operators on the phone who only send me over to other numbers and the cycle continues just like that. This company would much rather take your money then help you when you can no longer afford their service. How can a company contine to live with themselves when fully knowing their ripping off the public? How can they sleep at night with the amount of horrors they create for people? Pros: You get a lot of magazines Cons: Cost is expensive and customer service refuses your right to cancel when telling you that you have a riht to cancel at anytime before you sign up. more
