I recieved magazines from this company and did not have the bad service mentioned in other reviews. In fact I received my magazines within a few days and was completely satisfied with my order once I got my package. I even called to have one of my magazines switched witch I was told I could do. They were helpful and polite and I had no problem getting the magazine exchanged for the one I prefered. I continue to receive my subscriptions both weekly and monthly. I have found two very informative and educational for my teen daughter who uses them for school. I admit I was skeptical as to wether or not I would receive the best of service at first, but I am a satisfied customer so far! I just thought I would give some kudos to the company to balance the reviews. Thank you!
