First let me say, I am very patient when it comes to answering phones and service... I am in customer service and I understand the ways of the office.\r

Unfortunately, I just transferred to a new pediatrician today after 4 years. I always loved Dr Gulley, he was even at the hospital as soon as my son was born. He was very nice, quick to diagnose my son with a kidney defect before his kidneys were damaged, and my son loved him! Unfortunately the office staff is lacking and it seems they are too overwhelmed to handle patients properly. You can't seem to get a live person on the phone to schedule an appointment, and that's if you can ever get passed the busy signal when calling. I am getting the impression the office staff takes the phones off the hook when they are busy. I called for my son's 4 year old well check up and they told me they could squeeze us in about 4 months....Really? Thanks for making sure my kids gets his vaccinations on time.\r
A flu vaccination?...That will only take about 5 weeks since he doesn't need the see the Dr for that... Yeah, well.. my new pediatrician's office is much better and they always answer the phone when I call.\r

Pros: Dr Gulley is very thorough and nice, I hate to lose him.
Cons: I can't seem to get prompt or timely service in the office
