I did not like the use of the mouth prop that the doctor used to keep my child's mouth open for his exam, a first appointment for him. I was not made aware that this would be used...

Our 9 year old son and his twin 6 year old sisters have been patients of Dr. Bethel's since they were babies. We couldnt be happier with the service we have received over the years and would highly recommend Dr. Bethel and her wonderful staff to anyone. Our children are always so comfortable there and actually look forward to their visits! more

Great experience 9/6/2011

We drive over an hour to get to Dr. Bethel's location because my youngest had fear of the dentist and had lots of dental needs which required sedation. They have been amazing, accommodating and are such a wonderful practice. more

I would personally like to thank Dr. Bethel and her amazing staff for making my sons visit as "Easy As A Day At The Beach". We love coming for our appointments and are always pleased with the entire experience. Thank You Dr. Bethel for being such a caring doctor. more

South Riding is a great dentist for kids. They are greeted by a friendly staff who are patient. The waiting room is filled with fun things for the kids to do. I would recomend this pediatric dentist to anyone! more

Angela has been a patient for about 12 years. While we have always been very satisfied with the level of care and the friendliness of your staff, I am very upset about the $100 missed appointment fee I have been charged. In the tweleve years, I have never missed an appointment for either of my children and find the amount for your missed appointment extremely high. I did call to alert your office that Angie had a conflict with school and would not be able to make her appointment. With the extra cost that we take on for pediatric dentistry, and in today's tough economic times I find this fee to be pretty outrageous. more

I wish they did adults, too 6/9/2011

All the staff are unbelieveably awesome. I wish they could be my dentist, too. My kids actually love to go to the dentist, despite two crowns and 4 cavities. (their baby teeth had issues, I promise we brush and floss!) more

Always a positive experience 4/25/2011

My daughter actually said, "I am excited to see Dr. Bethel today!" When is a kid ever excited to see the dentist! Dr. Bethel has a warm, welcoming staff as well as an open office that helps a child feel secure. I would recommend and have recommended this dentist to friends and family. more

Great experience! 4/20/2011

My son is 3 1/2 and has not had a good history of going to the dentist. The staff and Dr. Bethel was very patient with him explaining all the tools and process. While he didn't allow them to do the cleaning (which they didn't force) he did let them look in his mouth for the oral exam and there were no tears this time! more

My daughter and I both love the friendly atmosphere and environment provided by the high quality staff, as well as Dr. Bethel herself. I would highly recommend this pediatric dentist to anyone and myself would only and grudgingly change dentists if we moved out of the area. more
