Excellent Visit 5/24/2011

My appointment started on time. The hygienist was GREAT, no pain; thorough. Both she and the doctor explained what they were doing and what it meant to the health of my mouth. I highly recommend their services! more

It is a pleasure to have her clean my teeth! She is gentle, efficient, and very friendly. She is knowledgeable about what she's doing and takes great care to make sure I'm comfortable. I have TMJ problems and she takes this into account with pauses as I need them. GREAT JOB!! more

Dental cleaning 5/23/2011

Our appointment was schedule a couple of months in advance, due to our request ( couple) of being assisted by a specific person. When we arrived at the office for the appointment another person was assigned to assist us because the specific person that was supposed to attend us was out of the office since last week due to her daughter illness. My wife Maria decided to be assisted by the other person, because she can not be absent from her work another day. Luis decided to wait for Luz to return to work to be assisted by her. more

Wonderful and kind staff! 5/23/2011

Dr. Murphy and the dental staff are wonderful, but I especially appreciate the front desk ladies! I was not clear on how the billing would work with my insurance and they took the time to explain it and make sure I didn't pay for something that came as a surprise. I was impressed with their kindness and professionalism. Everyone at SRFD definitely made me want to go back to the dentist when I have the need! more

Great Service; Friendly, Professional Staff 5/23/2011

Just completed my second visit as a new client. The staff are always very friendly, courteous and professional. Kudos also to Ms. Nancy Noel who did an outstanding job during my exams and cleanings. Ms. Noel brought me back up to date and offered tips to prepare me for the follow ups. more

I like my dentist! 5/15/2011

I just switched my kids from a pediatric dentist. They are getting older, and it's nice to have the whole family at one place. My son just recently had a visit. He came home and said, "I like my dentist. We had a great conversation about time travel." I appreciate that the dentist was personable, and took the time to connect with my son on more than just dental issues. more

recementing of crown 5/10/2011

Dr. Ulrich was great as usual. I was comfortable, he was on time taking me and very efficient in getting the crown cleaned and back on. I always feel he has my best interest when making decisions regarding the care of my teeth. He was able to reuse the same crown which made me really happy. more

I love coming there to SRFD!! 5/3/2011

Been coming there to SRFD for 10+ years. I look forward to my teeth cleaning and any dentistry work required. The employees there are always warm and friendly. I love my hygenist, Luz. She is truly the BEST! (I used to HATE going to the dentist, until I found SRFD... now, I look forward to my visits as I know that they are patient, gentle and total up-to-date on their services.) more
