One thing I loved about taking my car in to the Saturn dealer for maintenance was having it washed and vaccumed as a part of the service. South Pointe has continued the washing service but not the vacuuming. I really wish they would add this to their routine. It is wonderful--and I believe would bring real satisfaction to their customers (as it alway did for me at the Saturn dealership).Thanks for timely service this time. more

My overall experience was great. Whenever the salesman brought me my payment quote I did ask what interest rate would be. He was unable to answer my question. I would prefer to know what my rate is. Interest rates directly affect my payment and let me know how good of a ""deal"" I`m getting. more

Dishonest, sales practices & warranty promises. I should have known not to go back after being lied to with my first vehicle. After having a good experience with the service department, I assumed that I just had a terrible experience with a select few used sales/management team. Oh my was I soo wrong. I experienced an even worse code of ethics with not only management, but also the General Managers. They were very condescending and sarcastic to say the least. The sales team there could be so much more solid if they only had a strong code of ethics and good customer service skills to follow. I blame my disappointment on the management and I really hope this business can turn things around for the sake of providing good and trustworthy employment to these poor employees. I know not all the employees at South Pointe are terrible or dishonest, but some of them have no choice but to follow along when their job is at stake. Please be very cautious if you do choose to purchase from this place...be sure to check all your contracts carefully no matter what they tell you and do not trust anyone there.\r ServiceLiked: Disliked: \r more

Mike is probably the best service advisor and is always helpful. He always honest about the price and time of service. And your service department has always completed work on my cars fast and right the first time. I would have to say South Pointe Chevrolet has the best Chevrolet service in the area. more
