Not so sure about follow-through... 3/16/2012

While my vehicle was being serviced I met with a salesman to discuss buying a new vehicle with a trade in. I have yet to receive a follow up phone call after leaving my home and cell number. However I have always had great service in the service department. more

Thus far, this may be the easiest lease/purchase ever. This is truly an outstanding dealership and outstanding staff. I have used the service dept since the dealership opened as both myself and wife have Lexus vehicles. Congratulations on a job well done. more
