Service team was courteous. The service was completed within the time estimate they gave me.

No Phone calls. I the customer had to call everytime to get a update on my vehical.

The service staff is great. I start being service at South Charlotte after being told by another dealership that I needed new brakes but that was not true. South Charlotte only recommends service that is needed. more

I never thought I would boast about an experience at a car dealer! However, this was a great experience. The pricing was cheaper than my local mechanic, I got a free loaner, and I felt like they would have done most anything to keep me happy more
