Service team was courteous. The service was completed within the time estimate they gave me.

No Phone calls. I the customer had to call everytime to get a update on my vehical.

The team at South Charlotte Hyundai has always been great. This visit was no different! Frank was very helpful and accommodating. He worked with my schedule to get an appointment set up. My car was done very quickly and before the promised time. Drop off and pick up were very quick and efficient. I will definitely bring my car back there! more

I recently leased a new Hyundi from this dealer. The sales repr. Mr Charles Peake handled my business which was a very complex trade. He was very businesslike and open about all the different forms which had to be signed. He answered all my questions accurately and with a minimum of chatter. they do it all in a prompt manner, lets be real most people do not like going to a dealership for an issue , cause $$$$$$$$. South Charlotte has found a way not to do that, over the years dealing with dealerships created that i hate to go even for warantee work more
