I have rented from Soto for 3 years now. The only issues we have had is that the handy man never shows up until after you already do the work yourself. There are one or two people in the office that do not return calls and if they do they are not receptive to most everything. The saving grace is the others in the office, they are wonderful. Quick to respond, easy to work with and willing to listen to what you have to say. more

This is the worst realty company in the southeast missouri area. We fired them after two weeks. They were unresponsive, lied to us on several occasions, and did not advertise the properties as they really are. They were pushy and they were trying to get us into the house they wanted to sell rather than putting us in what we requested. Very little (if any) value here. I would personally say stay away from SOTO Property more
