I have rented from Soto for 3 years now. The only issues we have had is that the handy man never shows up until after you already do the work yourself. There are one or two people in the office that do not return calls and if they do they are not receptive to most everything. The saving grace is the others in the office, they are wonderful. Quick to respond, easy to work with and willing to listen to what you have to say.
