The facility is spotless, safe, and level of concern and care is top notch. The food is nutritious, balanced, and fresh. The outdoor living space affords several siting areas covered and in the sun. The staff is very responsive. This is a tremendous value for senior assisted board and care living. I highly recommend this facility. more

This is such a wonderful home, and when I say home I really mean it, the patients are treated like family. They are cared for and nurtured by an amazing staff, fed wonderful meals, and participate in leisurely activities of their choosing. Whether it`s playing bingo, discussing current events, or taking a stroll in the garden, there`s something for everyone. There`s a great deal of thoughtfulness and love put into the care of every patient at Sonoma Serenity Home, I`m blown away, and can`t recommend it enough! more

When we were looking for assisted living for my aunt, my cousins and I wanted to be sure she wouldn't just be left alone all day. We thought it was really important keeping her occupied and interested. We combed the area, visiting 6 other places, and in almost every one we walked into, the residents were just sitting there watching TV or alone in their rooms. Sonoma Serenity Home has a dedicated activities person there almost every day, and the time is spent interactively... playing games, discussing events, etc. If you are looking for assisted living facility, I recommend Sonoma Serenity Home ! more

When I think of the years my mom lived at Sonoma Serenity Home, I think of words like fun, security, peace, caring, laughter, new friends, good times, Boomer, smiles, warmth and sincerity. All of these were part of my mother?s care at Sonoma Serenity Home. Each and every staff person treated residents as though they were members of their own family! Ecclesiastes, Chapter 3, tells us there is an appointed time for everything and a time for every affair under the heavens. My mother knew it was time for her to leave her home and seek a new place in which to live, one in which she would have her own apartment with her own key and, of course, her privacy which she valued so much. And so, she found her new home, Sonoma Serenity Home, which offered her the assistance she needed to live comfortably. At Sonoma Serenity Home, there was time for her to laugh (Julia always loved a good joke), a time to dance, a time to dress up for the ?Roarin Twenties? and ?Mardi Gras? and other get-togethers, and a time to enjoy the enthusiastic, loving staff and families. There was time to participate in arts and crafts, games, walking, praying, meeting friends and family in the Country Kitchen for coffee or tea and a baked treat. There was always time at Sonoma Serenity Home to love, a time to embrace, and a time to be at peace. more
