After a rough start with a snow storm and power outage, this team at Sono Bello took amazing care of me rescheduling my Saturday surgery ASAP and a making special time for me. Taisha spent a lot of time by phone keeping me posted and listening to my sad voice on the other end of the phone when we had to reschedule for circumstances beyond their control! Dr. Brownstein And his team came in on the following Monday for me, a day they usually do not perform surgery. Dr Brownstein and Adrienna quickly put to rest my fears about the procedure and the medication I needed to take to relax. It worked like a charm and everything was explained to me during the procedure. I felt so relaxed and safe. Adrienna was so nice and very comforting assisting me pre and post op. That night, Dr. Brownstein called me to check up on me and the next day Tiasha called to check on me. We had another snowstorm on Wednesday and I called in with a question when the office was closed due to the weather, and she quickly returned my call, checked with a nurse and called me right back. I had a question about the compression bodysuit. I look forward to my return visit next week. I would recommend Sono Bello KOP to anyone looking for a body or face contouring procedure.
